Logic Biography

The Product Of Hard Work. Back in 1998, Ride Out Records was dreamt up by a young Janeiro and put together by an ambitious Michael Kojo. Their artist pool consisting of their younger siblings had been performing on street corners in and around Hounslow, West London.
Long time friend and lyrical wordsmith Logic was a regular fixture and it was from here the hard work started, with Logic regularly hitting freestyle sessions and open mic nights.
Over time Logic moved north to Nottingham and linked with his lyrical co-d Jus-D. After years on the freestyle circuit Logic decided it was time to be more constructive with his lyrical talent, taking his live stage talents to the studio laying the foundations of The Product Of Hard Work (TPOHW).
The title is self explanatory, and comes with a double-edged blade. The mixtape itself is the product of hard work, a creation of the last 6 or 7 years developing and nurturing his rap style.
On the flipside to this TPOHW brings a message to people about what they too can be achieving, not only from talent but also from putting in

the hard work. From the stark political messages woven into a heavy beat on Perilous Times to deep conscious rhyming on Little Miss Cream ODa Crop, The Product Of Hard Work is here to give UK Hip-Hop something different and aims to bring change to attitudes and raise awareness of the everyday situations that we find ourselves living.

Over the last few months, Logic has been hosting a new monthly Hip-Hop night in Nottingham, enabling him to further progress his talents. Not content with being just an emcee Logic is also CEO of Endtimez Production, under the umbrella of Ride Out Records.
Through his ethos of hard work he plans to showcase untapped talent, which he feels, is being overlooked north of London. For more of Logic visit his myspace page
